Almeno 13 persone sono morte dopo che terroristi islamici hanno preso d’assalto l’aeroporto più grande del Pakistan a Karachi e hanno cercato di sequestrare un aereo passeggeri, poche ore fa, nella notte di Domenica.

Secondo le prime notizie, da otto a dieci aggressori armati sono entrati nell’aeroporto e hanno aperto il fuoco.

Ci sono state diverse esplosioni, almeno tre sono state sentite dai testimoni.

L’esercito pakistano ha sigillato l’aeroporto e commandos sono stati inviati dentro. Quattro degli uomini armati sono stati uccisi e fumo è stato visto alzarsi da un aereo andato a fuoco sulla pista dell’aeroporto.
