Vortice polare congela le cascate del Niagara

Per la seconda volta in quello che è stato un inverno gelido nel nord-est degli Stati Uniti, le cascate del Niagara si sono ‘scolpite’ in una immensa fontana di ghiaccio, come i due milioni di metri cubi di acqua che di solito scorrono sopra le cascate ogni minuto si sono ghiacciati.
